This past Friday I had my first official bridal fitting. This is the fitting where you are able to see all of the elements together (veil, shoes, jewelry, etc.) and a seamstress works directly with you to find out if you need anything altered. I wasn’t nervous at all. I knew that all of the accessories I’d chosen, shoes, and veil would flow perfectly with the fabric, color, and shape of my dress. I’d even gone a little further and prepared my hair and makeup how I felt I wanted it to look for the day. Not perfectly so, but just to get an idea. The overall fitting was flawless. I am so excited and I am bursting at the seams (No Pun Intended) to see Joe’s face when I walk in. I have one final fitting to see what few snips and tugs she’s added and subtracted to make it all complete. Stay tuned…
